My personal portfolio should be back online soon. I have been working on and off for a few days now trying to finish up some of the coding and back end compatiability. Sadly anyone using older versions of internet explorer which you shouldn’t be using anyhow you will need to update to firefox or safari as internet explorer just can’t handle the way I have designed the site.

There is going to be far more artwork and digital work that none of you have seen before as well as a very user friendly layout which will hopefully improve navigation and loading times of the site.

On and off while working on the site I have produced a few more graphic pieces and may upload some of the older ones that were never released. I’m not sure at this time though if they are worth it though as they were related to produced I never finished and were stopped in production. I am now taking on new projects if anyone is after artwork also so if anyone requires anything please contact me via myspace or at chris@fizzmatix.com

The website is coming on nicely. It’s take a while as I have to make sure all my coding is up to scratch so everyone can view the site as it’s meant to be viewed. Sadly internet explorer is proving to be a real pain but I think i’ve managed to sort it out now.

I am slowly working on a new website design to go with my portfolio which is around %40 complete, I have finally designed a site that works well and have it functioning how it should have been in the first place. Right now I made a mistake and deleted some images I shouldn’t have which led to graphics on my main site to become lost.

I am slowly working on different CD covers for a few bands which is slow due to waiting on confirmation and logos as well as concept ideas from the bands. I decided to mod this page just to clean it up, there was far to much on the page that didn’t need to be there and right now so I installed a simple theme.

Many of you know myself and my family got caught up in hurricane Ike which has caused around $30 billion worth of damage here in Houston. So far 3 weeks later most stores and homes have power but most homes along the sea front have totally been destroyed which has left thousands of people without homes or possessions. Hurricane Ike set down on Galveston then ripped though Houston and the surrounding states causing damage to everything in it’s path. I managed to take a few photos the day after the storm but I didn’t take to many as the batteries on my camera were running low and without power there was no way to charge them.

So I haven’t posted in a while, decided I would take my time and relax. I thought I would make a post just to let people know I’m still here and just settling in. So far while being here we have been sorting out the apartment :D.

Ok well time to go back to relaxing, I will get on with some artwork at some point and post something online.

So I have crossed the ocean and now I am settling into my new home with my amazing fiance. So far most of my stuff is unpacked and i’m just getting used to being away from everyone I know and learning things here that I didn’t know before, like operating the phone and shouting at it because the damn thing won’t call out to the phone numbers I am trying to get though to. Shawna told me I kept missing out the 1 state code, damn phones.

The weather is hot, humid cloudy but the sun is on it’s way and i’m sat here watching our new HD tv. Well i’m pretty tired and just relaxing from all the stress from the move so I am going to leave this short and post something new soon.
